We wrap each corporate gift by hand with high end tissue paper and Bosca-branded gift boxes, and ship your order as quickly as possible. While corporate gifts are often handed out during an event or presentation—Bosca also offers individual shipping, with gift messaging options, for convenience in situations when you'd like to send the gift directly to the recipient.
Order Processing & Lead Time
Most orders ship within 15 days of confirmed order and approval of prepared artwork. For larger orders (over 500), drop shipments, or other special handling, please call customer service. Item 823 (Partner's Brief) may require a lead time of 60 days.
All prices quoted are F.O.B. Ohio. Upon request, Bosca will ship your order to you at UPS ground rates. Bosca reserves the right to select the best shipping method unless specified by the customer. All costs of transportation and insurance shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier.
Prices quoted do not include Duties, Value Added Tax, or customs fees. All transportation costs shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier.
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Bosca will not accept cancellation or return of embossed items.

Follow the instructions below to generate a free return shipping label (for US customers only). Log into your Bosca account and select the order you wish to return. You will need to print a return label from the order details. Access your order history here. Or, if you don’t have an account, click here and enter your contact and order information.
