How can I place an order?

All custom corporate gift orders must be placed with a Bosca Customer Service Representative. Please refer to our How to Order page, where you'll find all the details you'll need to place your order. *Need detail on monogrammed orders and non-customized orders*

How can I submit electronic art for my custom order?

Electronic art must be die-ready, meaning it must be submitted as line (vector) art. Once in the proper format, artwork can be supplied via email to [email protected]

How long will my order take to complete?

Most orders ship between 14-21 business days of confirmed order and approval of prepared artwork. Typically, orders with a quantity over 50 will need more lead time. Further information on order lead time can be found here.

How much will shipping my order cost?

All prices quoted are F.O.B. Ohio. Upon request Bosca will ship your order to you at UPS ground rates. You can find more information on shipping costs here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Bosca ships corporate gifts internationally. For information regarding international shipping, please see details here.

Can I return or cancel my custom order?

Unfortunately no, Bosca does not accept cancellation or return of embossed items.
